My guess would be that she's holding onto a bar and kicking up into a handstand position while you snap the shot, placing her feet hanging above the true ceiling.

Very cool, no matter how it's done.

Ah, it's a composite of a few pictures, no? I think the "dent" in the back of her head is the impression that the [structure she's lying on] made. Take out the structure and shoot the background.. fixing the shadows would've been quite tricky...
