It was yeah, a bit of time between them though, and completely different feeling with the both.

Thanks Trudes.

The horizon not being straight is a bit annoying I must say, especielly when there is so little ground above the lower end of the pic. The shot is though good talking about colors and the sun flare... Good. Beautiful siluette.

Not everything needs to be perfectly set up, the rules are made to be bent and broken....;)

That's true of course, I'm not saying it in the way some "technical nerd theory photographer", says it... Just a thought. But, as long as you know it's not straight and alright with it, I'm ok. Just a point out.

I always have trouble with this style of shot, so I'm quite envious at how well you've achieved this. Damn fine work.

I've got to be honest Warren, I have shot at sunset maybe once before, it's not as easy thing and I try and avoid it where possible.

But on the day of this shoot, the light was just wonderful, and with the right position and the right cokin filter it all fell into place.

Thanks for the comment mate :thanks:

Are you working with tash again anytime soon ?

Sometimes you can get a lucky break like that, where all the elements just fall into place for a minute or two, and you get GREAT results. This shot shows what can happen when it all comes together at the right place and at the right time! Believe me, I know how tricky a sunrise / sunset shoot can be :O_o: and I'm a-gonna keep goin' until I get it right!!

And I'll have the privilege of working with the most excellent Tash later this month. Should be a good shoot.

Cheers mate!
