i really like your use of the medium format frame here, and the coloration of the shot (presumably from the film choice and interior lighting) that both mutes and pops the colors at the same time.
the slightly off-axis horizon line and not-centered subject are interesting but not distracting. the location of the shot and her gaze out of the fame are both intriguing elements as well.
in case you can't tell, i really like this shot.
