I love the colours you chose.
The contrast is intense and yet... not aggressive.

Dear Sir Scott James Prebble, Esq.

In my ongoing effort to be a better critique of all things art and life, I have studied the vast expanse that is the internet in an effort to accurately describe the above. I have come up with this:

hawt

Cheers,

Hahaha I always found buttons to be the hardest. Next time I buy pants I'm going with snaps for sure! :) I love this shot.

I've always thought unbuttoned pants kind of shuffled down around the hips was incredibly sexy, and this is a great example of it.

Ahhhh, but unbeknownst, there is another step....but yeah, the zipper is the hard one :D If you get past that, your pretty much there :D

Love the way her skin tone contrasts her clothing and the background. Great! (:

Love it. The brightness of her skin works really well with the darker background.

I thought so too, it sort of punches it up a bit.

Your description is perfect!!! as is this image. What a story this is telling. My mind is racing through all sorts of thoughts from who this girl is to just plain raw lust. You've forced my imagination to really kick into high gear :-)

I've had this idea for a long time about shooting jeans, torsos and zippers but still am not sure how to pull it off without it being cheesy or overly erotic. Props to you and your model for a very successful image. You've inspired me :-)

Well I know personally I would love to see you tackle the theme, being a huge fan of jeans images, so I await what you come up with Bill.

y'know even though this image is basic, and could be any number of girls, it still has some of her personality (especially in hands, I love hands)

the colours are unified, pulling the image together, and kind of lend to it's all over outdoorsy denim feel

I love hands too and try and add them into a composition where ever I can.

like the theme. a little too much blue overcast in the picture and the skin tones feel somewhat burned out. also, background could be more suggestive...possibly a narrow depth of field to force the background to blur out? but overall I like it a lot.
