Carryage by Scott James Prebble

Description

There were a large pile of tyres on this location, the owners must never throw anything away..yay
This one, a smaller tyre, possibly from a forklift, was sitting all by itself, quite sad really, so I took
a picture of it.

I love the angle you've taken the shot at...elevating the tyre from the ground almost, showing just how lonely it is against a companion-less sky. The angle puts the object of the shot almost as if it should be worshipped and attention is to be focused on it and nothing else, thus lavishing this poor obsolete object with the attention its been missing.

love it.

I thought so too, I wanted to give it a larger than life feel so it wouldn't feel so alone in the world, to be the centre of focus for once.

:D

Thanks

Scott
