Well the clouds struck me because Wednesday night last week we got hit by a super cell storm which produced a tornado and did alot of damage here and the clouds look similar to what your picture has...also had goldball size hail wiht it that put holes in my walls and roof blew out my windows...be nice to have those clouds but not the destruction that come with them. The shot is awsome though...

I think that's the essence of an artist isn't it, we stop and see art in the ordinary.

Fantastic shot mate. Par-excellance! (but like normal, I'd like to see it a touch brighter.)

Yeah, I wanted to retain the feel of the day, and it was quite gloomy so the post was lit with a flash to get it a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit brighter, but ya. Thanks mate.

Looking past the 'dark and gloomy' to the 'bright and hopefull' in the distance. This composition is glorious in it's representation of what lies ahead. AND, you always capture the most amazing cloud formations!

Like Santa? :P
This is such a powerful image. The sky is soo dark and gloomy - the barbed wire helps add to that harsh feel. On the other hand, that big dark sky is looking very promising for that poor dry grass.
