Description It's a serious crime, but I have a pair of shoes that match this so I'm gonna make an exception just this once. Muse  The extremely sweet Esther Location 'The Public Purse' by artist Simon Perry, located in the Bourke Street Mall is one of Melbourne's iconic and most photographed public art ventures. While I was waiting for Esther at least 70 people sat on it and were photographed and for me to get this particular shot I had to ask two busker's to jump out of the way.
